### sec.28 Changes in criminal history must be disclosed
This section applies if a person who is a commissioner is convicted of an indictable offence.
The person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, immediately give notice of the conviction to the Minister under this section.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The notice must state—
the existence of the conviction; and
when the offence was committed; and
details adequate to identify the offence; and
the sentence imposed on the person.
(sec.28-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who is a commissioner is convicted of an indictable offence.
