### sec.21 Vacancy in office
The office of a commissioner becomes vacant if the commissioner—
completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
is disqualified from continuing in office under section 20 ; or
resigns by notice under section 22 ; or
is removed from office under section 23 .
- (a) completes a term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (b) is disqualified from continuing in office under section 20 ; or
- (c) resigns by notice under section 22 ; or
- (d) is removed from office under section 23 .
