### sec.61 Trust’s seal
The trust’s seal is to be kept in the custody directed by the trust and may be used only as authorised by the trust.
The attaching of the seal to a document must be witnessed by—
2 or more members; or
at least 1 member and the director; or
a member or the director, and 1 or more other persons authorised by the trust.

(sec.61-ssec.1) The trust’s seal is to be kept in the custody directed by the trust and may be used only as authorised by the trust.
