### sec.60 Centre taken to be public place This section applies for any Act conferring or imposing on a police officer powers or functions in respect of a public place or providing for offences committed in a public place. The centre is taken to be a public place. Subsection (2) must not be construed to prevent or limit the imposition by the trust of conditions of entry for the centre. s 60 sub 1997 No. 79 s 61 amd 2003 No. 66 s 29 (sec.60-ssec.1) This section applies for any Act conferring or imposing on a police officer powers or functions in respect of a public place or providing for offences committed in a public place.
