### sec.48 Modifications of strategic and operational plans
The trust may modify its strategic or operational plan only with the written agreement of the Minister.
The Minister may, by written notice, direct the trust to modify its strategic or operational plan.
The Minister may act under subsection (1) or (2) for a modification having resource implications for the trust that are likely to require additional funding by the State only if the Minister has consulted with the Treasurer about the modification.
