### sec.47 Strategic and operational plans pending agreement This section applies if the Minister and the trust have not agreed to draft strategic and operational plans before the start of the relevant financial year. The draft plans submitted, or last submitted, by the trust to the Minister before the start of the financial year, with any modifications made by the trust, whether before or after that time, at the direction of the Minister, are taken to be the trust’s strategic and operational plans.
