### sec.11 Conditions of appointment
A member holds office on the conditions not provided for by this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council.
Except as decided by the Governor in Council, a member is not entitled to receive any payment, interest in property or other valuable consideration or benefit—
by way of remuneration as a member; or
in connection with resignation from office, or other termination of office, as a member, chairperson or deputy chairperson.

(sec.11-ssec.1) A member holds office on the conditions not provided for by this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council.
