### sec.39 Delegation by director
The director may delegate the director’s powers (including a power delegated to the director by the board) to—
an appropriately qualified employee of a department or another government entity performing work for the board under a work performance arrangement; or
an appropriately qualified employee of the board.
Subsection (1) has effect subject to any directions by the board.

(sec.39-ssec.2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to any directions by the board.
