### sec.34 Delegation by board
The board may, by resolution, delegate its powers to—
a member; or
a committee of members; or
the director; or
a committee established under section 24 ; or
an appropriately qualified employee of a department or another government entity performing work for the board under a work performance arrangement; or
an appropriately qualified employee of the board.
