### sec.26 Presiding at meetings
The chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is not present at a meeting, the deputy chairperson is to preside.
If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are not present at a meeting, the member chosen by the members present at the meeting is to preside.
