### sec.24 Committees
The board may establish committees of the board.
A committee may exercise the powers delegated to it by the board under section 34 .
A committee is subject to the directions of the board in exercising the powers.
A person may be appointed to a committee whether or not the person is a member of the board.
In appointing a person to a committee, regard must be had to the person’s ability to take part in the exercise of the powers delegated to the committee.

(sec.24-ssec.1) The board may establish committees of the board.
