### sec.22 Board must give notice of public auction
Before the board sells any property under section 19 or 21 , it must first publish a notice in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State.
The notice must—
identify the property; and
state the property is to be sold by auction; and
state how the person entitled to the property may recover it before the auction; and
state the time and place of the auction.

(sec.22-ssec.1) Before the board sells any property under section 19 or 21 , it must first publish a notice in a daily newspaper circulating generally in the State.
(sec.22-ssec.2) The notice must— identify the property; and state the property is to be sold by auction; and state how the person entitled to the property may recover it before the auction; and state the time and place of the auction.
