### sec.35 Regard to be had to whole-of-government strategic plan when negotiating service agreements The chief executive under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 must take the whole-of-government strategic plan into account when negotiating service agreements under that Act to the extent the agreements relate to the delivery of mental health and substance misuse services.
