### sec.20 Evidentiary aids
In any proceedings under or for the purposes of this Act—
it shall not be necessary to prove—
the signature of the Minister;
the authority of any person to commence the proceedings;
any allegation or averment in any complaint that—
any place is within or without the land specified in schedules 1 to 4 ;
any use of any land, building or structure is or is not authorised under this Act;
shall be prima facie evidence of the fact thereby alleged or averred and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, shall be conclusive evidence of that fact.
- (a) it shall not be necessary to prove— (i) the signature of the Minister; (ii) the authority of any person to commence the proceedings;
- (i) the signature of the Minister;
- (ii) the authority of any person to commence the proceedings;
- (b) any allegation or averment in any complaint that— (i) any place is within or without the land specified in schedules 1 to 4 ; (ii) any use of any land, building or structure is or is not authorised under this Act; shall be prima facie evidence of the fact thereby alleged or averred and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, shall be conclusive evidence of that fact.
