### sec.52 Continuation of existing appointment—director This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held an appointment as director of the institute under the repealed Act, section 10. From the commencement, the person’s appointment as director of the institute continues under this Act subject to the terms and conditions of the person’s instrument of appointment.
