### sec.37 Director must disclose particular matters
This section applies to a person who—
is appointed as the director; and
during the term of the person’s appointment—
becomes an insolvent under administration; or
is charged with, or convicted of, an indictable offence.
The person must, unless the person has a reasonable excuse, immediately give written notice of the insolvency, charge or conviction to the council.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If subsection (1) (b) (ii) applies, the written notice must state the following matters—
the existence of the charge or conviction;
when the offence was committed or allegedly committed;
details adequate to identify the offence or alleged offence;
for a conviction—the sentence imposed on the person.
(sec.37-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— is appointed as the director; and during the term of the person’s appointment— becomes an insolvent under administration; or is charged with, or convicted of, an indictable offence.
