### sec.14 Chairman of tribunal The Governor in Council must appoint 1 tribunal member to be the chairman of the tribunal. A person may be appointed as the chairman at the same time as the person is appointed as a tribunal member. The chairman holds office for the term of the chairman’s appointment as a tribunal member.
