### sec.13 Conditions of appointment A tribunal member— is appointed on a part-time basis; and is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and holds office on the conditions not provided for in this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council. A tribunal member is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 13 amd 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.13-ssec.1) A tribunal member— is appointed on a part-time basis; and is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and holds office on the conditions not provided for in this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council. (sec.13-ssec.2) A tribunal member is appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . - (a) is appointed on a part-time basis; and - (b) is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Governor in Council; and - (c) holds office on the conditions not provided for in this Act that are decided by the Governor in Council.
