### sec.79 Notice of development At least 20 business days before starting development that is liturgical development, an official of the religious organisation proposing the development must give the chief executive a notice that— states the name and position of the official; and includes a brief description of the proposed development and the liturgical purpose for which it is required. s 79 ins 2007 No. 50 s 25 - (a) states the name and position of the official; and - (b) includes a brief description of the proposed development and the liturgical purpose for which it is required.
