### sec.78 When is development liturgical development Development is liturgical development if the development— is in a place, or the precincts of a place, that is a place of public worship and a Queensland heritage place; and is required for a liturgical purpose; and is proposed by an official of a religious organisation with appropriate knowledge of its religious services. s 78 ins 2007 No. 50 s 25 amd 2011 No. 6 s 142 sch - (a) is in a place, or the precincts of a place, that is a place of public worship and a Queensland heritage place; and - (b) is required for a liturgical purpose; and - (c) is proposed by an official of a religious organisation with appropriate knowledge of its religious services.
