### sec.74 Deciding application for exemption certificate The decision-maker must decide the application within 20 business days after the later of the following— the day the decision-maker receives the application; if, under section 73 , the applicant gives the decision-maker further information about the application—the day the decision-maker receives the information. If the decision-maker approves the application, with or without conditions, the decision-maker must, as soon as practicable after approving the application, give the applicant an exemption certificate.
