### sec.73 Inquiry about application
The decision-maker may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the decision-maker further information the decision-maker reasonably requires to decide the application.
The notice must state the applicant is required to give the information to the decision-maker within 60 business days after the notice is given.
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within 60 business days after the notice is given, the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1) .
A notice under subsection (1) must be given to the applicant within 10 business days after the decision-maker receives the application.
