### sec.52 Agreement about extending time for making decision
This section applies if the council and the owner of a place the subject of a heritage recommendation agree that more time is needed to make a decision on the recommendation because of the matters that need to be considered in relation to it.
The council and the owner of the place may agree in writing to extend the day for making the decision to a day that is 100 business days after the day the council received the heritage recommendation.
An agreement under subsection (2) must be made before the end of 60 business days after the day the council received the heritage recommendation.

(sec.52-ssec.1) This section applies if the council and the owner of a place the subject of a heritage recommendation agree that more time is needed to make a decision on the recommendation because of the matters that need to be considered in relation to it.
