### sec.50B When heritage response must be given to council
This section applies if the owner of a place gives the council a notice under section 50A (2) .
The owner must give the heritage response to the council within 20 business days after the owner gives the notice to the council.
However, the owner and council may, at any time before the end of the period mentioned in subsection (2) , agree in writing on a day (the later day ) by which the heritage response must be given.
The later day must not be more than 30 business days after the owner gives the notice to the council.

(sec.50B-ssec.1) This section applies if the owner of a place gives the council a notice under section 50A (2) .
(sec.50B-ssec.2) The owner must give the heritage response to the council within 20 business days after the owner gives the notice to the council.
