### sec.50A Notice about making heritage response to heritage recommendation
This section applies if the owner of a place is given a notice under section 46 (2) for a heritage recommendation about the place.
The owner may, by notice given to the council, tell the council that the owner will be giving the council a written response (a heritage response ) to the heritage recommendation.
The owner must give the notice to the council within 10 business days after receiving the notice mentioned in subsection (1) .

(sec.50A-ssec.1) This section applies if the owner of a place is given a notice under section 46 (2) for a heritage recommendation about the place.
(sec.50A-ssec.2) The owner may, by notice given to the council, tell the council that the owner will be giving the council a written response (a heritage response ) to the heritage recommendation.
(sec.50A-ssec.3) The owner must give the notice to the council within 10 business days after receiving the notice mentioned in subsection (1) .
