### sec.40 Applications to be available online The chief executive must publish a copy of each application on the department’s website. However, a copy of an application must not include the applicant’s personal information, unless the applicant has given written consent to its inclusion. The chief executive must ensure that a copy of each application is available for inspection on the department’s website during business hours, free of charge, at— the department’s head office; and other places the chief executive considers appropriate. s 40 sub 2003 No. 32 s 11 ; 2007 No. 50 s 17 ; 2014 No. 61 s 21 (sec.40-ssec.1) The chief executive must publish a copy of each application on the department’s website.
