### sec.40 Applications to be available online
The chief executive must publish a copy of each application on the department’s website.
However, a copy of an application must not include the applicant’s personal information, unless the applicant has given written consent to its inclusion.
The chief executive must ensure that a copy of each application is available for inspection on the department’s website during business hours, free of charge, at—
the department’s head office; and
other places the chief executive considers appropriate.

(sec.40-ssec.1) The chief executive must publish a copy of each application on the department’s website.
(sec.40-ssec.2) However, a copy of an application must not include the applicant’s personal information, unless the applicant has given written consent to its inclusion.
(sec.40-ssec.3) The chief executive must ensure that a copy of each application is available for inspection on the department’s website during business hours, free of charge, at— the department’s head office; and other places the chief executive considers appropriate.
