### sec.39 Chief executive to publish notice of application
The chief executive must, within 10 business days after acting under section 38 in relation to an application for a place, publish notice of the application—
in a newspaper circulating generally in the area in which the place is situated; and
on the department’s website.
The notice under subsection (1) (a) must—
include enough information to identify the place; and
state the following—
whether the place is under consideration for entry in, or removal from, the Queensland heritage register;
where the application may be viewed;
that a person or other entity may give the chief executive a written submission about the application;
where the submission may be given;
information about the period in which the submission may be given.
