### sec.206 Court’s power to make particular education and public benefit orders
This section applies if, before or after the commencement, a person is convicted of an offence against the repealed Planning Act, section 578 or 580 in relation to development on a Queensland heritage place.
Former section 164D applies or continues to apply in relation to the offence as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
