### sec.205 Court’s power to make particular non-development orders, and their enforcement
This section applies if, before or after the commencement—
the owner of a Queensland heritage place is convicted of an offence against the repealed Planning Act, section 578(1) or 580; and
the offence involves the destruction of, or damage to, a Queensland heritage place.
Former section 164C applies or continues to apply in relation to the offence as if the amending Act had not been enacted.

(sec.205-ssec.1) This section applies if, before or after the commencement— the owner of a Queensland heritage place is convicted of an offence against the repealed Planning Act, section 578(1) or 580; and the offence involves the destruction of, or damage to, a Queensland heritage place.
(sec.205-ssec.2) Former section 164C applies or continues to apply in relation to the offence as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
- (a) the owner of a Queensland heritage place is convicted of an offence against the repealed Planning Act, section 578(1) or 580; and
- (b) the offence involves the destruction of, or damage to, a Queensland heritage place.
