### sec.205 Court’s power to make particular non-development orders, and their enforcement This section applies if, before or after the commencement— the owner of a Queensland heritage place is convicted of an offence against the repealed Planning Act, section 578(1) or 580; and the offence involves the destruction of, or damage to, a Queensland heritage place.
