### sec.183 Place permanently entered in register taken to be State heritage place This section applies to a place that, immediately before the commencement, was entered in the register on a permanent basis. On the commencement, the place is taken to be a State heritage place under the post-amended Act. The chief executive must ensure a record of the place is included in the Queensland heritage register as soon as practicable after the commencement. s 183 ins 2007 No. 50 s 44 (sec.183-ssec.1) This section applies to a place that, immediately before the commencement, was entered in the register on a permanent basis.
