### sec.182 Application under s 32 This section applies to an application that— was made under section 32(1) of the pre-amended Act; and on the commencement, had not been dealt with by the council under the section. The council must deal, or continue to deal, with the application under section 32(1) of the pre-amended Act as if the section had not been amended under the Queensland Heritage and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 . s 182 ins 2007 No. 50 s 44 (sec.182-ssec.1) This section applies to an application that— was made under section 32(1) of the pre-amended Act; and on the commencement, had not been dealt with by the council under the section. (sec.182-ssec.2) The council must deal, or continue to deal, with the application under section 32(1) of the pre-amended Act as if the section had not been amended under the Queensland Heritage and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2007 . - (a) was made under section 32(1) of the pre-amended Act; and - (b) on the commencement, had not been dealt with by the council under the section.
