### sec.42 Corporations legislation displacement provision— Crime and Corruption Act 2001
This section applies in relation to the application of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 to the operator as a unit of public administration under that Act.
The Crime and Corruption Act 2001 , sections 38 , 39 , 40 (4) and 40A (5) are declared to be Corporations legislation displacement provisions for the Corporations Act , section 5G in relation to the Corporations Act , section 1317AAE .
(sec.42-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the application of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 to the operator as a unit of public administration under that Act.
(sec.42-ssec.2) The Crime and Corruption Act 2001 , sections 38 , 39 , 40 (4) and 40A (5) are declared to be Corporations legislation displacement provisions for the Corporations Act , section 5G in relation to the Corporations Act , section 1317AAE .
