### sec.93 Notice of decision
The Minister must publish in the gazette—
notice of a decision—
to revoke the declaration of a service or part of a service; or
not to revoke the declaration of any part of a service; and
the reasons for the decision.
Also, as soon as practicable after making the decision, the Minister must give a written notice stating the decision and the reasons for the decision to—
the owner of the service; and
if the owner and operator of the service are different entities—the operator of the service; and
the authority.

(sec.93-ssec.1) The Minister must publish in the gazette— notice of a decision— to revoke the declaration of a service or part of a service; or not to revoke the declaration of any part of a service; and the reasons for the decision.
