### sec.92 Revocation
On receiving a revocation recommendation, the Minister must—
revoke the declaration of the service or the part of the service; or
decide not to revoke the declaration of any part of the service.
The Minister may revoke a declaration of a service or part of a service—
only after receiving a revocation recommendation; and
only if the Minister is satisfied that, at the time of the revocation, section 86 would prevent the Minister from declaring the relevant service or the part of the relevant service.

(sec.92-ssec.1) On receiving a revocation recommendation, the Minister must— revoke the declaration of the service or the part of the service; or decide not to revoke the declaration of any part of the service.
(sec.92-ssec.2) The Minister may revoke a declaration of a service or part of a service— only after receiving a revocation recommendation; and only if the Minister is satisfied that, at the time of the revocation, section 86 would prevent the Minister from declaring the relevant service or the part of the relevant service.
- (a) revoke the declaration of the service or the part of the service; or
- (b) decide not to revoke the declaration of any part of the service.
