### sec.218 Conduct of proceedings
Subject to this division, the authority may conduct its proceedings (including its meetings) in the way it considers appropriate.
The authority may hold meetings, or allow members to take part in its meetings, by telephone, video link or another form of communication that allows reasonably contemporaneous and continuous communication between the members taking part in the meeting.
A member who takes part in a meeting of the authority under subsection (2) is taken to be present at the meeting.
A resolution is a valid resolution of the authority, even though it is not passed at a meeting of the authority, if—
the required minimum number of members give written agreement to the resolution; and
notice of the resolution is given under procedures approved by the authority.
(sec.218-ssec.1) Subject to this division, the authority may conduct its proceedings (including its meetings) in the way it considers appropriate.

(sec.218-ssec.3) A member who takes part in a meeting of the authority under subsection (2) is taken to be present at the meeting.
