### sec.216 Presiding member at meetings
The chairperson presides at all meetings of the authority at which the chairperson is present.
If the chairperson is absent, the deputy chairperson presides.
If both the chairperson and deputy chairperson are absent, the member chosen by the members present at the meeting presides.
