### sec.21 Public availability of requests The authority must— keep a list of requests made during the preceding 2 years— by the authority under section 18 ; and by responsible local governments under section 18B , of which the authority has been given a copy under section 18B (2) ; and ensure a copy of the list is available for public inspection during office hours on business days at the authority’s office. s 21 amd 2000 No. 15 s 9 - (a) keep a list of requests made during the preceding 2 years— (i) by the authority under section 18 ; and (ii) by responsible local governments under section 18B , of which the authority has been given a copy under section 18B (2) ; and - (i) by the authority under section 18 ; and - (ii) by responsible local governments under section 18B , of which the authority has been given a copy under section 18B (2) ; and - (b) ensure a copy of the list is available for public inspection during office hours on business days at the authority’s office. - (i) by the authority under section 18 ; and - (ii) by responsible local governments under section 18B , of which the authority has been given a copy under section 18B (2) ; and
