### sec.206 Handling of documents
If a document is produced to the authority for an arbitration, the authority may—
inspect the document; and
make copies of the document if it is relevant to the arbitration.
Also, the authority may take possession of the document, and keep it while it is necessary for the arbitration.
While it keeps a document, the authority must allow a person otherwise entitled to possession of it to inspect or copy the document at a reasonable time and place the authority decides.
(sec.206-ssec.1) If a document is produced to the authority for an arbitration, the authority may— inspect the document; and make copies of the document if it is relevant to the arbitration.
(sec.206-ssec.2) Also, the authority may take possession of the document, and keep it while it is necessary for the arbitration.
(sec.206-ssec.3) While it keeps a document, the authority must allow a person otherwise entitled to possession of it to inspect or copy the document at a reasonable time and place the authority decides.
- (a) inspect the document; and
- (b) make copies of the document if it is relevant to the arbitration.
