### sec.187G Limited right to representation
At a mediation conference, each party to the dispute must conduct the party’s own case.
However, a party may be represented by someone else if—
the party is a corporation; or
the mediator is satisfied the party should be permitted to be represented by someone else.

(sec.187G-ssec.1) At a mediation conference, each party to the dispute must conduct the party’s own case.
(sec.187G-ssec.2) However, a party may be represented by someone else if— the party is a corporation; or the mediator is satisfied the party should be permitted to be represented by someone else.
- (a) the party is a corporation; or
- (b) the mediator is satisfied the party should be permitted to be represented by someone else.
