### sec.187C Presiding person
If the mediator for a mediation is constituted by 1 person, the person is to preside at the mediation.
If the mediator for a mediation is constituted by more than 1 person and includes the chairperson, the chairperson is to preside at the mediation.
If the mediator for a mediation is constituted by more than 1 person but does not include the chairperson, the chairperson must nominate a person to preside at the mediation.

(sec.187C-ssec.1) If the mediator for a mediation is constituted by 1 person, the person is to preside at the mediation.
