### sec.187B Constitution of mediator
For a mediation, the mediator is to be constituted by 1 or more appropriately qualified persons nominated in writing by the chairperson.
The mediator, as constituted under subsection (1) , must include an associate member chosen, under section 214D (3) , for the mediation.
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.

(sec.187B-ssec.1) For a mediation, the mediator is to be constituted by 1 or more appropriately qualified persons nominated in writing by the chairperson.
