### sec.170ZT Requirement to give information This section applies for the making or amendment of a water pricing determination. In a notice under section 170ZC or other notice, the authority may require a water supplier to give the authority, within a reasonable time of at least 14 days stated in the notice, information the authority reasonably requires to ensure it— does not contravene section 170ZH ; and complies with 170ZI. The notice must state that this section applies to the requirement. The water supplier must comply with the requirement within the time stated in the notice, unless the water supplier has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment. This section does not limit section 170ZC .
