### sec.170ZS Investigation for sdiv 7 For making a water pricing determination or deciding whether to amend a water pricing determination, the authority may conduct an investigation. Before starting the investigation, the authority must give reasonable notice of the investigation to— the relevant water supplier; and any other person the authority considers appropriate. The notice must state the following— the authority’s intention to conduct the investigation; the subject matter of the investigation; an invitation for the person to whom the notice is given to make written submissions to the authority on the subject matter within the time stated in the notice; the authority’s address.
