### sec.170X When revocation takes effect A decision of the Minister to revoke a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity takes effect on— the day notice of the decision is published in the gazette; or if a later day of effect is stated in the notice—the later day. s 170X ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 amd 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 - (a) the day notice of the decision is published in the gazette; or - (b) if a later day of effect is stated in the notice—the later day.
