### sec.170W Notice of decision The Minister must publish in the gazette— notice of a decision to revoke, or not to revoke, a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity; and the reasons for the decision. Also, as soon as practicable after making the decision, the Minister must give a written notice stating the decision and the reasons for the decision to— the water supplier carrying on the activity; and the authority. s 170W ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 amd 2013 No. 39 s 43 sch 1 (sec.170W-ssec.1) The Minister must publish in the gazette— notice of a decision to revoke, or not to revoke, a declaration of a monopoly water supply activity; and the reasons for the decision.
