### sec.170Q Duration of declaration A declaration of a monopoly water supply activity starts to operate on— the day notice of the decision to declare the activity is published in the gazette; or if a later day of operation is stated in the notice—the later day. A declaration of a monopoly water supply activity continues in operation until its expiry date, unless it is earlier revoked. s 170Q ins 2000 No. 15 s 39 (sec.170Q-ssec.1) A declaration of a monopoly water supply activity starts to operate on— the day notice of the decision to declare the activity is published in the gazette; or if a later day of operation is stated in the notice—the later day.
