### sec.80 Documents or things produced before hearing This rule applies if, for a proceeding— a person is required to produce a document or other thing to the tribunal by— an order under section 63 (1) of the Act ; or a notice under section 97 (1) (b) of the Act ; and the person produces the document or other thing to the tribunal before the date stated in the order or notice. The person is not required to attend the hearing of the proceeding to which the order or notice relates unless— the tribunal orders otherwise; or the person has been given notice under section 97 (1) (a) of the Act requiring the person to attend the hearing. A party to the proceeding may inspect, copy, photograph or otherwise record an image of the document or thing unless the tribunal orders otherwise. r 80 amd 2022 SL No. 155 s 22 (sec.80-ssec.1) This rule applies if, for a proceeding— a person is required to produce a document or other thing to the tribunal by— an order under section 63 (1) of the Act ; or a notice under section 97 (1) (b) of the Act ; and the person produces the document or other thing to the tribunal before the date stated in the order or notice.
