### sec.79 Requiring person to attend hearing
This rule applies if a party to a proceeding applies to the tribunal for a notice under section 97 (1) (a) of the Act requiring a person to attend the hearing of the proceeding.
The application must—
be made in the approved form; and
state—
the name and address of the person to be required to attend the hearing; and
the reasons why the person is to be required to attend the hearing; and
be filed.
(sec.79-ssec.1) This rule applies if a party to a proceeding applies to the tribunal for a notice under section 97 (1) (a) of the Act requiring a person to attend the hearing of the proceeding.
(sec.79-ssec.2) The application must— be made in the approved form; and state— the name and address of the person to be required to attend the hearing; and the reasons why the person is to be required to attend the hearing; and be filed.
- (a) be made in the approved form; and
- (b) state— (i) the name and address of the person to be required to attend the hearing; and (ii) the reasons why the person is to be required to attend the hearing; and
- (i) the name and address of the person to be required to attend the hearing; and
- (ii) the reasons why the person is to be required to attend the hearing; and
- (c) be filed.
- (i) the name and address of the person to be required to attend the hearing; and
- (ii) the reasons why the person is to be required to attend the hearing; and
