### sec.59 Notice of withdrawal of application or referral If the tribunal gives an applicant leave to withdraw an application or referral under section 46 (2) of the Act , the principal registrar must give notice of the withdrawal to— the applicant; and each person to whom a copy of the application or referral was given under section 37 of the Act ; and any person the tribunal directs to be given notice of the withdrawal. r 59 amd 2013 SL No. 292 s 8 - (a) the applicant; and - (b) each person to whom a copy of the application or referral was given under section 37 of the Act ; and - (c) any person the tribunal directs to be given notice of the withdrawal.
