### sec.28 Original documents required to be filed for particular proceedings This rule applies to a proceeding under any of the following— the Adoption Act 2009 ; the Child Protection Act 1999 ; the Disability Services Act 2006 , section 178 (9) ; the Education and Care Services Act 2013 ; the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland); the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 ; the Public Guardian Act 2014 , section 133 ; the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 .
